 Marriage Notes:
On 9 April 1698, Hans Strickler and wife Antie (Anna) were among a list of people leaving the Frederichstadt Church for Ibersheim in the Palatinite. Also on this list were Hans Jacob Hiestand and wife. Other members of the family stayed behind. They left in response to the Ryswick Treaty which in the fall of 1697 brought a temporary peace to the Palatinate.(2)
So we know the Stricklers left for Ibersheim in April 1698. They probably arrived there in late 1698.
